Larry Adler provides customers a convenient and secure online shopping experience. Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using the secure online credit card and Paypal transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.

Pricing

All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include GST (where applicable). Larry Adler Ski & Outdoor reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an Order that it has previously accepted. Larry Adler Ski & Outdoor may do this for example, but without limitation, where: Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order. Not all items or promotions are available through all stores, a specific store or online. All offers and items are subject to availability at the advertised price. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice, for any reason. However for various reasons, that product might still appear on our website for a period of time after that withdrawal. We make no undertaking that a product shown on this website will be available for purchase online at all stores or at a specific store. All applicable product prices stated on this website are inclusive of Australian goods and services tax.

Payment processing

When an order is submitted your card will be debited. All items on your order will be prepared for despatch to your nominated shipping address. If Larry Adler Ski & Outdoor cannot supply the items requested we will then process a refund to the value of the non-supplied items and any associated shipping or processing costs. An email confirmation of the refund will be sent to your email address supplied on the initiating order. The card issuer controls the timing of returned funds, please contact your card issuer for details. Card transactions are processed by either PayPal or EWay and are routinely subject to fraud management checks, to help protect our customers and reduce our exposure to fraud. Orders which meet pre-defined criteria will be held for approval before the funds are withdrawn from a customer’s account and the order subsequently released. A pre-authorisation amount may be put in place by the card issuing bank until the order is confirmed and the payment is settled for Larry Adler Ski & Outdoor. We will aim to contact you as soon as possible if your order is held for review, so that we can verify your payment details and clarify any discrepancies. Orders will be accepted once we are satisfied the transaction can be confirmed as legitimate. We reserve the right to reject any order where the customer is unable to verify their payment method or respond to any reasonable concerns. This adds an additional layer of protection and reassurance for our customers but may result in a delay in order completion if we are unable to contact you.

Availability and Cancellation

All purchases made with us are subject to availability. We do our best to keep in stock most products that are advertised by us and to keep our Site up to date with the availability of products. If there is a considerable delay in dispatching your order, or if for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you using the contact details provided by you when you placed the order. You can choose a refund, store credit, or if possible, to put your order on backorder as agreed with you. If you choose a refund or store credit, any delivery costs you have paid for the product will be refunded to you. If you choose to put your order on backorder, we will contact you to arrange for delivery once the product is available. If certain products are out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you and make suitable arrangements.

Discount Codes and Promotions

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes, which may be applicable to goods on the Site and must be entered at the time of submitting your order. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time that it is issued. It is noted that discount codes are only valid on full priced items unless stated otherwise.

Ski Mounting

If you are ordering skis, bindings and mounting you MUST have forward pressure and toe height adjusted by a qualified binding technician with your boots in person. Larry Adler cannot be held liable for this or any injury occurred whilst using skis that we have mounted without your actual boot being present at the time of mounting. Please provide the following information for mounting the bindings on your skis:

Gender
Age
Skier level
Height (in centimeters)
Weight (in kilograms)
Length of the sole of your ski boots which will be used with the bindings (in millimeters)
Bindings will be mounted at the manufacturers recommended position unless otherwise specified

Please note that skis which have been drill mounted are not eligible for refund due to change of mind.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE NOT SUPPLIED YOUR BOOT TO US THEN WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONFIRM THE BINDING ADJUSTMENT IS SAFE DUE TO INDIVIDUAL BOOT VARIATION. PLEASE CONTACT A QUALIFIED BINDING TECHNICIAN IN ORDER TO HAVE THE BINDING ADJUSTED TO YOUR PHYSICAL SKI BOOTS AND TESTED WITH THE APPROPRIATE TEST DEVICE PRIOR TO ANY USE.

Rental Terms & Conditions

  1. We only accept signed credit cards (not cash) to hold as security deposit until goods returned.
  2. Late return of goods shall be charged at the daily rate until returned.
  3. The hirer is responsible for the total replacement value of any item lost or stolen Please note that Larry Adler Ski Breakage Insurance policy does NOT cover goods lost or stolen. Goods other than Larry Adler products will not be accepted as replacement under any circumstances.
  4. If you do NOT have Breakage Insurance should you damage goods beyond repair, replacement cost will apply. Small repairs and lost parts will incur charges. Our Ski Breakage Insurance covers accidental damage or breakage of equipment while in use and is available at a cost of 10% of the rental charge.
  5. Goods are to be returned clean and in working order with NO lift tickets attached, stickers, name tags or graffiti.
  6. An additional cleaning fee of $10 or cost of repairs will be charged where applicable.
  7. Goods MUST be paid for in full at time of booking.
  8. A $10 cancellation fee per person will be applicable up until 48 hrs before departure, thereafter non refundable.
  9. Goods can be returned ONLY to the store from which they were collected.
  10. Larry Adler Ski & Outdoor will endeavour to supply the colour of clothing you have viewed at time of booking. In peak season, please note that availability is subject to change without notice.
  11. Instant pick up of rental is available from our mountain store at Jindabyne between 7am - 6pm (except Friday nights in peak time in Jindabyne 11pm) every day during the peak winter season. Sydney collections available at our Collaroy store bewteen 9.30am - 5pm daily

Jurisdiction

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of New South Wales and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and larryadler.com that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
